  • Experience unexpected downtime
  • Modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Suspend service for violations of these terms

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be suspended
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the retention period
  • All obligations regarding confidentiality remain in effect

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leade from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leade is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
